In multitasking environments, it is important that TOS programs outputs
are not written directly on screen but rather redirected to a window.
This was what previous versions of TosWin already did.

TosWin2 now attempts to combine the different versions of TosWin 1.4
into a single one. The following previous TosWin versions have been
included into TosWin2:

  ∙ the original version from Eric Smith (Version 1.4)
  ∙ the expanded versions from Warwick Allison
  ∙ the VT100 emulator from Julian Coleman (TW100)

TosWin2, like all previous versions, is public domain. The program and
its sources may be freely distributed.

TosWin2 consists of the following files:

  ∙ toswin2.app      The program and its resource file
    toswin2.rsc

  ∙ tw-call.app      The communication program between AES and TosWin2

  ∙ term/tcapinf     The terminal definitions from Petr Stehlik.
  ∙ term/test100.vt  A VT100 emulator test file.
                     You can test it with the `cat test.vt` command.

  ∙ hyp/*            The ST-Guide hypertext


  ∙ xconout/*        The console device
