TosWin2 reads its command line when it starts. The following commands are
currently recognized:

   ∙ "-l" starts TosWin2 with an opened login shell window.

   ∙ A program name can be passed. The first argument contains the program
     path (in TOS or UNIX standards), all further arguments are sent by
     TosWin2 to the started program.
     For instance: toswin /bin/sh -c script
