TosWin2 supports the GEM clipboard.
Text areas can be selected inside the windows by using the mouse.
The well-known "Copy" and "Paste" functions are triggered semi-
automatically. The following functions are available:

   ∙ Hold the left button and drag the cursor to highlight text. When
     releasing the button, the selected text is immediately copied to
     the clipboard. If a block is already marked, the selection can be
     changed by holding the shift key.

   ∙ A single word can be selected by left-clicking it. A word
     consists of letters, numbers and characters commonly used in file
     names.

   ∙ Right-click to insert the contents of the clipboard in the current
     window.

   ∙ By pressing the HELP key, the selected text is sent to ST-Guide.

   ∙ If a selected area is clicked once, the text is sent to the
     StringServer. StringServer is a useful tool that sends strings to
     various programs. For example, an URL can be marked in TW2 and be
     sent to CAB via the server. For more information:

TosWin2 writes the text in the clipboard exactly as it is output by the
TOS program, i.e. no blanks are inserted, and no line ends are changed.
