The parameters are saved in the toswin2.cfg file. All data is stored in a
readable form. Anyone editing the file manualy in an editor should know
exactly what he is doing :-)

When TosWin2 is launched, it searches for this file in different places:

   1. In the path set by the HOME variable

   2. In the HOME/defaults path

   3. In TosWin2 start directory

   4. In the current directory
