When this switch is activated, the window cycling is handled by TosWin2,
but a corresponding instruction is sent to the AV server. The advantage is
that you can go from TosWin2 windows to desktop and other programs windows
(as long as that these programs have registered their windows with the
AV server).

In order for this to work, the AV server (usually a desktop such as Thing
or Jinnee) must be declared with an environment variable (n_aes.cnf):

      export AVSERVER=THING
