VA_PATH_UPDATE (0x4760) Server -> Client (26th June 1995)

If the client has established with AV_PROTOKOLL that it accepts this 
message, then the server uses it to inform the client whenever the 
contents of a directory or sub-directory have changed. The client should 
then re-read all affected directories and sub-directories, if necessary 
closing any sub-directories that no longer exist.

 Word 3+4: Pointer to the directory, which must always include a 
           trailing backslash '\' character.
 Word 5-7: Reserved, always 0
