AV_VIEW (0x4751) Server <- Client (26th June 1995)

The server should call the viewer for a specific file. If no viewer is
available an error message is returned to the user.

Note: In contrast to Gemini 1.a Thing knows which applications are
installed for which file-types. With this message Thing can start the
relevant application (e.g. a simple IMG viewer instead of a complete
image editing graphics program for IMG files).

Word 3+4: Pointer to the name of the file to be displayed (only a
            single file is allowed!)
