AV_EXIT (0x4736) Server <- Client (11. Nov 1994)

A client informs Thing that it is no longer observing the AV Protocol. 
This cancels all AV_ACCWINDOPEN messages too.

This message must be used before terminating a program if the program has 
used AV_PROTOKOLL previously!
