VA_DRAGACCWIND (0x4725) Server -> Client (11th November 1994)

Thing sends a VA_DRAGACCWIND message to the client when one or more
object/s have been dragged to its window. The window must have been
registered previously with Thing using AV_ACCWINDOPEN.

Refer to AV_COPY_DRAGGED for more details.

Note: Should the keyboard status be required for a further answer of the
client (e.g. AV_COPY_DRAGGED), it should be ascertained, on receipt of
VA_DRAGACCWIND, from the return values of evnt_multi() or the EVENT-
structure from EvntMulti(), and not just when sending the answer with
graf_mkstate()!

  Word 3:   AES window handle
