The 'Help' key can be used to select a keyword within a help window,
or bring up a help window without going through the drop-down Help
menu, or locate the definition of a data structure, constant, variable
or function using Project Help.

If you are editing a file and the cursor is within a context sensitive
help keyword when the 'Help' key is pressed, the Help Window for that
keyword will appear directly. (Note, not all keywords shown in the
Index are context sensitive.)

One can create additional context sensitive keywords by using the
Help Compiler to create a USR.HLP file.

If nothing is selected when the 'Help' key is pressed, the Index
help window will appear.

If the Project Help option is set, when a data structure, constant,
variable or function is selected and the 'Help' key is pressed, the
source code definition for that item will be found (even if it is in
another file).
