... compiles and links all updated source files specified in the
Project File, then loads and executes the program.

Note: 'Run' compares the date/time of each source file and its object
       file to see if it needs to be re-compiled.  It also compares
       the date/time of the linked file to the object files to see if
       they need to be re-linked.
