Pure C will look for help keywords in a file by the name of USR.HLP
which can be created using the Help Compiler.

Context sensitive keywords can be triggered from an edit window using
the help key. The keyword User Help is reserved for use by USR.HLP,
so that it can be accessed from the Menu screen.

One can also intercept calls to the context sensitive keywords already
defined in PC.HLP, C.HLP, LIB.HLP, and PASM.HLP.  The Help drop-down
menu uses the context sensitive keywords Menu, Editor, C Language,
Libraries, Options and Assembler which can be intercepted.

Once you are in a help window from USR.HLP, you can only return to a
help window in one of the other help files by using a context
sensitive keyword defined in the other file.

Note: Context sensitive keywords containing blanks cannot be accessed
      using the HELP key.
