Commands:
  0  Set Mix
       0 = -12dB
       1 = Mix GI sound chip output
       2 = Do not mix GI sound chip output
  1  Set Bass          (0-12) 6 = flat
  2  Set Treble        (0-12) 6 = flat
  4  Set Right Channel (0-20)
  5  Set Left Channel  (0-20)
  6  Set Master Volume (0-40)

Write $07FF to the MICROWIRE mask register and the above 11 bit
command to the MICROWIRE data register.  Wait until mask register
returns to its original value before next data write.
