V1.04 -> V1.05
- GEMscript support is now included in the public versions
- Built-in hotkeys Shift-F1 ... Shift-F10 can be freely assigned
  strings via NoticePatch
- The window should now always be completely within the screen when
  you first open it
- Problems with window shading fixed
- Shift-Return is treated like Return
- New shortcut ALT-R saves the current text and transfers it to the
  application registered for it in the desktop - good for scripts :-)
- Notice now has an optional menu line. If the file NMENU.RSC is found
  when you open Notice then the resource will be loaded and used
  Attention: Use this when operating as an ACC at your own risk!
  Under MagiC it functions without problems, but other operating systems
  maybe not...
- Notice now looks for its .CFG file in $HOME
- Notice supports OLGA as server
- Drag&Drop with the CTRL key held down causes the Notice file not to
  be loaded, but rather their name is inserted at the cursor position

V1.03 -> V1.04
- The ASCII part is correct again in the hex view
- Environment variable AVSERVER is evaluated, so there should be no
  problems under neither MagiC nor TOS systems.
- Environment variable FONTSELECT is evaluated. The program there is
  searched and the corresponding message is sent or the selector is
  restarted via the AV server if necessary. Drag&Drop from fonts has
  always worked :-)
- Notice now has quoting. For example, with the AV protocol files
  with a path name containing spaces can be dragged onto the Notice
  window provided the AV server also has quoting capabilities.

V1.02 -> V1.03
- Bug with double clicks or <Help> on long lines fixed
- Line breaks switched off now apply to all buffers
- New switch 'MagiC Workaround for Window', which was previously always
  set can now be switched off
- .STG files are now recognized even if the extension contains lower
  case letters
- .U files (Udo files) are now treated like .STG files so i.e. they
  are automatically folded when loaded
- Even the unregistered version can load texts of any size so the only
  remaining restriction is that texts cannot be saved
- When merging lines, no blank is now appended if the second line is
  empty
- The search function when leaving a text fold now positions the cursor
  in the middle of the window if possible
- Long file names also with the built-in file selector of MagiC

V1.01 -> V1.02
- Even when opening non-existant files the line ending characters are
  set to CR/NL by default
- Line breaks can now be switched off so that they can be immediately
  available as a shortcut again
- For Return you can now set that the line position at the cursor is
  wrapped
- CTRL-Y can now be switched on the line before the delete is written
  to the clipboard
- CTRL-Return on a leading space caused the new line to be indented
  incorrectly - fixed
- With <Undo> the page is now filled to the maximum instead of always
  making the cursor line the first line in the window
- The 'path' to the current page is now shown in the info line under
  "Text Folds"

V1.00 -> V1.01
- No more crashes when Notice is closed before NoticePatch is terminated
- The last loaded file is now also preset in the file selector, even
  if it was transferred via VA_START or Drag&Drop
- Setting your own keyboard combination can now be done in NoticePatch
  and can be switched off as an option
- No more problems with empty event vectors
- PageUp/PageDown of Mac/PC keyboards are supported
- No more crashes when opening STG nodes
