Notice was initially created for my own use.  After I made the program
accessible to a few friends and acquaintances I decided to publish the
editor.  This was due in no small part to the cooperation between Notice
and Remarker.

Notice is now Shareware, but before you register the program, please
consider the following:

Notice is the way you see it in front of you.  No more, but certainly
no less.


I am not ready to incorporate things that other editors can do or that
are more likely to be found in the area of a word processor.


In other words:

You either like Notice the way it is now or you prefer another editor
and use it instead.  The number of editors available in the shareware
area is now so large that you will surely find one that corresponds to
your ideas if Notice does not.
