Very quickly after Notice got into the first trial versions, one of
the test users developed the desire to migrate the somewhat cumbersome
and difficult configuration to a GEM program for inexperienced users.

So Christoph Spengler knocked it out in a night and created NoticePatch
from the ground up.

Start NoticePatch and select the path to NOTICE.CFG from the file
selector that initially appears.  This will then land you in the main
dialog of the configuration program.
