Notice will set the modified flag as soon as the loaded file has been
changed.  Saving the file resets the flag since then the file contents
matches the window contents.

When text has been changed, an asterisk '*' is shown in the info line.

As soon as this flag is set, then the program can longer be exited
without a prompting, since otherwise a loss of all changes would occur.

This attribute can be changed manually with ALT-M.
