This program is an editor which also may be run as an ACC. The program
is very short and fast and has Note, ST-Guide, ASCII and Binary modes.

Notice was written by Holger Weets with SOZOBON-C V2.00x10 and is
Shareware.

The functions of Notice are explained in detail in the following text.
You can call this hypertext from within Notice via CTRL-HELP.

In order to set and configure Notice to your personal preferences,
please use the included configuration program NoticePatch which
was written specifically for this purpose by Christoph Spengler.
