void vt_alignment( int handle, int dx, int dy );

  <handle> is the VDI Handle.
  <dx> is the horizontal orientation:
       0 = left to right
       1 = right to left
  <dy> is the vertical orientation:
       0 = bottom to top
       1 = top to bottom


Function set the orientation of the coordinate system for the graphics
tablet.
