int fprintf( FILE *stream, const char *format, ... );

  <stream> is an open stream (see fopen).
  <format> is a string containing text and '%' sequences for
           converting variables into text.
           See printf/scanf Formats.
  <...> is a list of variables to be formatted.

Function performs a formatted write to a stream.
It returns the number of characters written or EOF if an error occurs.
