cdecl long (*rmdir)( fcookie *dir, char *name );

  <dir> is the parent directory (containing <name>).
  <name> is the sub-directory name.


Function should return 0 normally, or a BIOS/GEMDOS Error Code.

Note: Function should also work on symbolic links.
