Syntax:
                  while( <test> ) <statement> ;
                  while( <test> ) { <code> }

where <test> is a logical expression, <statement> is a single
executable statement, and <code> is one or more lines of executable
code.

Repeat <statement> or <code> until <test> is FALSE (0).
Perform <test> BEFORE each iteration.
