View Ref-FileCheck for missing $F% commands in numerical FUNCTIONs.

This option will report if a missing $F% is detected in any function that
returns an integer value.  Functions that return floats are larger and slower.

It looks ahead and checks the variable type at 'RETURN x' and will skip float
functions.
