View Ref-FileThis option will force the entire desktop to redraw, including the menu bar.

This can be useful if the desktop accidently gets dirty.

This works by giving the Desktop (AV_SERVER) focus, thus redrawing the menu
bar and sending a redraw message for the lower part of the screen. After a one
second event delay, focus is given back to GBE.
