Keyboard layout and language of country configuration

The cookie provides information about the language of the country and 
the keyboard layout of the system. The bits 0-7 provide info about the 
layout of the keyboard. These are:

  0  =  USA 
  1  =  Germany 
  2  =  France 
  3  =  England 
  4  =  Spain 
  5  =  Italy 
  6  =  Sweden 
  7  =  (French) Switzerland 
  8  =  (German) Switzerland 
  9  =  Turkey 
 10  =  Finland 
 11  =  Norway 
 12  =  Denmark 
 13  =  Saudi Arabia 
 14  =  Holland 
 15  =  CSSR 
 16  =  Hungary 

The bits 8-15 identify the language of the country. These are:

 0   =  USA 
 1   =  Germany 
 2   =  France 
 3   =  England
