Function vqt_attributes() returns information regarding the current
attributes which affect text output.

Availability Supported by all drivers.
Parameters handle specifies a valid workstation handle. attr points to
an array containing 10 WORDs which are filled in upon
function exit as follows:
attr[x] Meaning
0 Text face (see vst_font() ).
1 Text color (see vst_color() ).
2 Text rotation (see vst_rotation() ).
3 Horizontal alignment (see vst_alignment() ).
4 Vertical alignment (see vst_alignment() ).
5 Writing mode (see vswr_mode() ).
6 Character width (see vst_height() ).
7 Character height (see vst_height() ).
8 Character cell width (see vst_height() ).
9 Character cell height (see vst_height() ).
