 Return value:

                bit 0  0 = Professional
                       1 = Consumer
                bit 1  0 = Data
                       1 = Audio
                bit 2  0 = No copy-prohibit = SCMS not active
                       1 = Copy prohibit=SCMS active
                bit 3  0 = No emphasis
                       1 = Emphasis active

 Availability: This function is only available when the driver of the 
               StarTrack sound card has been launched.
