                            VDI  Metafile Escapes


A metafile saves images using their VDI commands.  It can be stored
as an int array.  See Metafile Format

   ∙ v_meta_extents()    define bounding rectangle
   ∙ v_write_meta()      write user defined escape

   ∙ vm_coords()         set coordinate system
   ∙ vm_filename()       set metafile pathname
   ∙ vm_pagesize()       set output page dimensions
