 Description:  bypass: Output source
               0 - Bypass - Outputs are connected to the input
               1 - Play - Outputs obtain their data from the playback 
               hardware


 Return value: 0 - No error

 Availability: This function is only available when the driver of the 
               StarTrack sound card has been launched.
