As of this writing you should make sure you have at least version
1.13c as some very important problems were fixed.  I do not know if
this applies to the Milan.

Copy the file RTL8139x.XIF to your C:\MINT folder.  If you do not have
this folder then copy it to your C:\MULTITOS folder.  That's it!

Note: As of version 0.8.01 the RTL8199.XIF driver requires MiNT-Net and
will not function under MagiC-Net.
