                              Resource Library


The Resource Library is responsibe for the loading/unloading of resource
files and the manipulation of resource objects in memory. The members of
the Resource Library are:

   ∙ rsrc_free()    free memory
   ∙ rsrc_gaddr()   return address of specified data structure
   ∙ rsrc_load()    load resource file into memory
   ∙ rsrc_obfix()   convert object to screen coordinates
   ∙ rsrc_rcfix()   initialize resource file data (in RAM)
   ∙ rsrc_saddr()   replace a data structure
