Waits for a key to be pressed and returns a word-sized value, with the
low-order byte containing the ASCII code, and the high-order byte containing
the keyboard Scan code.

Example:

    DO
      PRINT HEX$(EVNT_KEYBD(),4)
    LOOP

--> Prints values corresponding to pressed keys.
