OLGA_START message:

Word 0   = OLGA_ACK (0x1239)
Word 1   = apID
Word 2   = 0
Word 3   = 0 (!)
Word 4+5 = Exactly the same value as for OLGA_START [6]+[7]
Word 6   = 0=Error, otherwise: Server started
Word 7   = OLGA_START
