                Parameter  Meaning

                WORD 3

                            Bit-0     =  VA_SETSTATUS 
                            Bit-1     =  VA_START 
                            Bit-2     =  AV_STARTED 
                            Bit-3     =  VA_FONTCHANGED 
                            Bit-4     =  Provides & uses filename quoting 
                            Bit-5     =  VA_PATH_UPDATE 
                            Bit 6-15  =  Reserved, always 0 

                WORD 4+5   Reserved, always 0

                WORD 6+7   A pointer to the name of the desk 
                           accessory/application for use with 
                           appl_find (aligned to 8 characters and 
                           terminated by a '\0' byte).
