               already, it will be topped. This action is of use if a 
               desk accessory is about to launch a TOS program using 
               the system function.

               Note: No GEM programs should be started by an accessory 
               via the system function! The message should only be 
               used if the user explicitly wants to, as otherwise it 
               can quickly lead to confusion.
