This is intended for the HSMODEM driver: The WORD parameter on the 
stack determines whether the ports are to be released (2 = close 
completely, 0 = close, but hold DTR if necessary) or if reassignment 
of the ports is permitted (value = 1). Between value-0 and value-1 the 
names (auxInPort, auxOutPort) may have changed.

Note: The call should be made in Atari supervisor-mode, the USP is 
undefined.
