mxk_diskchange must be called when an XFS or DFS driver has recognized 
a disk media change. The XFS driver releases its files and structures 
and subsequently the kernel.

Return values:

 EDRIVE  Invalid drive
 E_CHNG  Valid drive with new disk medium
