 Parameters:

                  a0  =  FD *dd 
                  a1  =  DIR *dir 
                  d0  =  long dirpos 
               -> d0  =  long errcode 

 Description: The file with the directory entry dir in the directory 
              FD is to be deleted. dfs_fdelete performs the actual 
              deletion of the file; the deletion of the directory 
              entry and access checks are performed by the DOS_XFS.
