 Parameters:

                  a0  =  FD *dd 
                  a1  =  DIR *dir 
               -> d0  =  long index oder errcode 

 Description: dfs_dir2index simply returns an index (32-bit) to a DIR 
              entry. For this the FAT_DFS takes the de-Intelled 
              starting cluster. dd is the directory that contains the 
              file.
