Syntax

WORD Pumask( mode )
WORD mode;

Function      Pumask() defines an inital file and directory creation mask.

Availability  Available when a 'MiNT' cookie with a version of at least
              0.92 exists.

Parameters    mode specifies the new file access permission mask to apply
              to all future files created with Fcreate() and Dcreate().
              mode is a WORD bit mask of various access permission flags
              as defined in Fchmod().

Return Value  Pumask() returns the original mask in effect prior to the
              call.
