 Syntax:       int32_t vq_min_color( int16_t handle, COLOR_ENTRY 
               *min_color );

 Description:  The call vq_min_color obtains the minimum colour value 
               for a subtractive raster operation (T_SUB).

                Parameter  Meaning

                handle     Workstation identifier
                min_color  COLOR_ENTRY of the minimum colour value for 
                           T_SUB

 Return value: Colour space set.

 Availability: As of NVDI 5.00.
