 Syntax:       void vs_bkcolor ( int16_t handle, int16_t color );

 Description:  The call vs_bkcolor sets the background colour for the 
               device associated with handle, usually a camera device.

                Parameter  Meaning

                handle     Workstation identifier
                color      Background colour index

 Return value: The function does not return a result.
