A fax driver is, in principle, nothing more than a simple printer 
driver. With the help of such a driver, all applications that output 
via GDOS can send faxes directly.

For a fax driver one can specify neither a page format nor a GEMDOS 
device. One should also not attempt to alter the size of the bitmap.
