Syntax

LONG Foutstat( handle )
WORD handle;

Function      Foutstat() determines the output status of a file.

Opcode        262 (0x106)

Availability  This function is available under all MiNT versions
              integrated with MultiTOS.

Parameters    handle specifies the GEMDOS file handle of the file to
              return information about.

              move.w   #$106,-(sp)

              addq.l   #4,sp

Return Value  Foutstat() returns a 0 or positive number indicating the
              number of characters which may be written to the specified
              file without blocking. If an error occurred, Foutstat()
              returns a negative GEMDOS error code.

Caveats       Currently this function always returns 1 for disk files.
