Dpathconf() funktioniert auch bei Dateien, der Dateiname wird jedoch
ignoriert und nur der Pfad ausgewertet. D.h. wenn der Pfad c:\bin gültig
ist, aber die Datei c:\bin\8down.app nicht existiert, liefert
Dpathconf() keinen Fehler.

  · Dpathconf-Modi DP_MODEATTR und DP_XATTRFIELDS werden unterstützt.
